Golden Retriever
This name me some ways to end golden retriever puppy to bite or scratch?
You see, I was bitten and scratched by my puppy golden retriever. I am currently trying to train him not to bite or scratch.
To bite – the point is to make the puppy want to stop so when it does not bite you gently push your finger below his throat to give the gag reflex. He will be back from thee / firmly say NO BITE. It worked with my dog (when they were small and also my cat – who was a wild kitten) When you pull your hands to the puppy – it'll be a fun game for them, they will then jump on you trying to bite more .. This makes the puppy pulll away from you instead. This is not fun for them and eventually you will be able to use only the words NO BITE they relate.
