What are the best utensils for dressing a dog lying flat?
Do not say go to a groomer. I try to buy the right brushes to do it myself, as it will shed very often. Thank you.
Use a soft brush and Slicker shedding blade or "furminator". You can buy blade # 10 to Petsmart for $ 20 and make the "furminator's" job itself (the furminator will cost 80). Ask about or research "carding" and how. There will never be a cure for shedding, but good grooming is a necessity for healthy coat. Feed your good dog food and his coat will respond.
