What do I do with these dogs!?!?
OK on the right side of my house is a white husky thing. They also have two small white dogs. three have obnoxious barking. then on the back of my house there are 4 collies and 2 labrador retrievers (How many dogs u can have without a breeders license, cuz i dont think it does, he lives alone and is always these collies home starts barking their heads when I open the back door Freakin Then the farmer comes out and then 3 dogs in the side of my house, 8 barks at once! What should I do, I've talked to the guy with the collie and told him that I have small children and im afraid the dogs jump the fence? and when you get well within 10 feet of the fence is smells like dog ****. What should I do !?!?!?!? I wake up at 430 like in the morning??!?
Watchdog report environmental health RSPCA ask the Council if they are breaking any laws by doesn't matter if AH or any council or private nuisance theyre still in force report
